Year 10 will have the opportunity to take part in a WiseUp Team Building activity day, designed to improve student engagement in learning at a time when they need it most. With students nearing the end of their secondary school career, it is crucial to prepare them for their next step. Whether that is higher education or into the workforce, learners need a good grasp of key interpersonal skills.

Good communication and self-management are among employers’ top priorities. WiseUp's experience working with corporate companies means they are ideally placed to understand what skills employers are looking for. As a result, WiseUp’s varied range of team building and problem solving activity days promote, emphasise and improve these.

Year 10s taking part will be in their Alder PE kit for the day with a warm/waterproof jacket.
