On Tuesday 30th June Year 10 pupils will attend either Tameside College or Clarendon College at one of three locations, depending on their subject choice. Please ensure your child goes to the correct campus (see addresses below). Subject choices have already been confirmed with form tutors.
Tameside College
Beaufort Road Campus

Subjects: Animal Management, Automotive, Construction (all trades), Early Years, Health & Social Care, Engineering, Uniformed Public Services or Sport
Tameside One Campus
📍 Wellington Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6BL
Subjects: Bakery, Barbering, Business Finance & Management, Catering, Computing, Floristry, Hair & Media Make-up, Hairdressing, Nails & Beauty, Travel & Tourism
- School uniform is not required; however, students must dress appropriately for a college environment.
- Pupils must stay on campus all day.
- Arrive from 9:45am for registration.
- Bring a packed lunch or money for the canteen.
- Pupils must arrange their own travel to and from college.
- A member of Alder staff will be available at each site
Clarendon Sixth Form College
📍 Clarendon Sixth Form College, Camp Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6DF
Pupils attending taster sessions for all Clarendon Sixth Form College pathways will be based in the same location.
