We are delighted to invite you to our Key to Success Evening on Thursday 5th October 2023 at 5.30pm in the main hall. The evening will consist of a range of informative presentations which will include: the formal process of examinations; practical tips on how to revise; advice and guidance for parents on how to support your child during the examination period and a summary of the Year 10 mock examinations which will take place later this academic year. There will also be specific information relating to the core subjects of English, mathematics and science.
In addition to the presentations, there will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions relating to your child’s GCSE subjects at Alder. It would be useful for your child to accompany you to the Key to Success Evening and if they do, they should attend in full school uniform.
